Please complete the Application Form and submit it to the school, along with a copy of the student’s birth certificate, baptism certificate (if applicable) and most current two (2) years of report cards and Educational Documents. If there is a spot available in the grade for which you have applied and your application is complete we can then contact you to arrange a new family interview with our Admissions Team.
