Some items that are needed:
Baking, baking & more baking!! For the MUSICAL CAKES & Tea Room
(we ask that all items are peanut free)
> We are asking that parents who’s children are in Kindergarten to Grade 6 bring cakes for the musical cakes
> Parents who’s children are in Grade 7 to 9 bring goodies for the Tea Room (peanut free)
> Any baking that is brought in will equal 1 PPP hour for purchased items & 2 PPP hours for homemade items. Please make sure the items are clearly marked and are peanut free
>Please do not drop baking off until Friday, November 22nd ?
DONATIONS!!!
• Items for the White Elephant sale (NO clothing, BOOKS, computers, or electronics PLEASE)
• Some of our carnival games are getting worn out. If you’re someone who is creative and good at building things, please consider volunteering some time to build a new game!
• Donations for the themed baskets kindergarten to grade 6 (boxes will be in each classroom starting next week!
• Basket Themes are as follows:
Kindergarten: Tea/Coffee Basket Grade 1: Basket for Mom Grade 2: Sports Basket
Grade 3: Basket for Dad Grade 4: Christmas Basket Grade 5: Game Night Basket Grade 6: Movie Night Basket
VOLUNTEERS!!! We need help in the following areas (earn your PPP hours):
• Parking directors from 11am to 3pm (to direct parking in lot and on the field)
• Selling basket raffle tickets from 11:30am to 3:30pm
• Assisting with Games 11:30am to 3:30pm
